LUNA PARK: VISUAL ARTS
On Friday Year 8 Visual Arts students travelled down to Luna Park Sydney for a full day of fun and thrill! This excursion supports our Visual Arts "Decked Out" unit, which combines the history of Luna Park artists, street art and elements of design. During the excursion, students were able experience the wide range or thrill rides, side shows and interactive attractions. The park itself is adorned with historic and modern artworks that reflect the park's character and create a highly engaging atmosphere. They also completed a range of drawings to use as design sketches for their upcoming artmaking. We can't wait to see how these students channel their experience at the park into engaging artworks!!
